PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including 1&1 IONOS, & Paypal (you can learn more about their individual privacy policies on their respective websites).
To fulfill your order you must provide us with certain information such as your name, address, & email address. We use this information solely to process and fulfill your order.
All our shipping is processed through Royal Mail's Click & Drop online service. In order to fulfill your order your name & address will be entered into this site for the sole purpose of creating a shipping label.
We currently do not use customer information for marketing purposes (we will update our policy accordingly should this change in the future).
As far as the retention of personal data - we will store data only as long as is necessary to process and fulfill your order.
Where there is a requirement to retain information for completion of our yearly accounts, this will be securely held in line with HMRC guidelines.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING
All payments will be taken through Paypal.
Mixarray will not receive your credit or debit card details.
Our aim is to ship all orders out within 2-3 days. Custom orders may take a little longer.
All orders will be delivered via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
For international orders the buyer will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Orders may be cancelled up until the date they are shipped.
Where an item received is not as described we will accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
